In an ever changing business environment it is important that managers are geared to handle the nuances through effective professional management. In our Training programs we use presentation, videos, workbooks, case studies, group games, VIPP, role plays, in-basket exercises and other work related activities. Presentation includes templates and tools to practice and implement creativity within an organization. All our training sessions are religiously followed by “Action Plans” at the end of the workshop. Same is being shared by the internal stakeholders of the respective organizations.
