Our Process Steps To Deliver any Program
1. Discussing with Head of L & D Department
To get a better understanding of the company & its business, Company’s priorities & expectation from the training intervention
2. Meeting a cross section of the Target Participants
To get a better understanding of the issues, concerns (problems on the job which they may face) and areas of focus of the participant’s during the program
3. Meeting some of the direct target participants
To get a feel of the end issues & behavior
4. Designing the Program
Based on the data collected in the three steps above
5. Discussing the Design and Methodology with the Head of Training
For quality assurance in delivery and meeting expectations; Also we would also like to interact with Senior Management team to get their perspective on development needs for self, peer group and team below
6. Fine tuning the Design
Based on the feedback after stage 5
7. Develop the contents including Live Examples, Exercises etc
To ensure the effectiveness of the program and fulfilling the expectations of all the stake holders
8. Deliver the Program
To deliver an effective program as per the agreed objectives and expectations of the stake holders
